BZH New York presents the Celtic Social Club.

The Celtic Social Club released its first album in June 2014 before playing at Vieilles Charrues Festival in July 2014.

On May 15, they will record a live and acoustic CD in New York City.

THE CELTIC SOCIAL CLUB is a seven headed, re breathing dragon
screaming out of darkest Brittany in the west of France.

Using traditional melodies, the Celtic Social Club forged an original and dynamic sound that mixes contemporary and roots music. For the Celtic Social Club, it all started in New York City in February of 2012 when Manu Masko and Jean Pierre Riou mixed an album with famed engineer Ariel Borujow (Kanye, Madonna).

2 years later, the collective of 7 musicians released its first album in June 2014 before playing on the Glenmor stage at the Vieilles Charrues Festival in July 2014.

Jerome Trehorel, General Manager of Vieilles Charrues will be in New York to support the band they have been co-producing, but also to introduce the 20 year old festival to the American public during a press conference “Brittany, a land of festivals”

Musci label Keltia Musique et New York mixer Ariel Borujow, also part of the project, will produce the recorded during the May 17 live concert.
