Boucherie is a traditional French restaurant, celebrating joie de vivre in the heart of West Village. Executive Chef Jerome Dihui, former chef de cuisine of Pastis, prepares a menu of French classics and timeless bistro favorites, in addition to the dry-aged steaks from the wood fired grill. An absinthe-inspired bar offers classic drinks, signature cocktails and craft beers. Located in the building that used to house the prominent Circle Repertory Theater, the 320-seat restaurant provides a diverse array of dining options from the spacious dining room, a seat at the butcher counter, the intimate second-floor gallery with private dining and outdoor cafe.

Introducing our crepiers: Dolores Rio (La Maison Bretonne)

La Maison Bretonne is dedicated to bringing fresh and authentic French Crêpes and Galettes. Dolores, the founder of La Maison Bretonne, grew up and learned how to make the crêpes and galettes in a little town called Laille, near the city of Rennes, in Brittany.  The recipes you enjoy with us, though they are made fresh fright here, have roots in generations of French family and farm life. We do not compromise on ingredients or taste.

Olivier Balavoine (Billig)
Olivier Balavoine, the Founder of Billig, grew up in the little village of “Ar MenGleuz” in Brittany where, legend has it, the secret of the best froment crepe recipe was kept a mystery by monks in “Le Releg” Abbey, founded by Saint Tangi in 555 BC. Olivier enjoys making “Krampouz” (“Crepes” in the Breton ) during Tech events, Womens’ events, and Music festivals.  Samantha Power (US Ambassador to the UN) exclaimed after tasting his delicious crepes offered at #TechFugeeNY: “To think what I could do if I could have a crepe and Nutella station at the UN. [Laughter.] We’d have world peace, right? [Laughter.] #Billig is dedicated to changing the world one Krampouz at a time.

Aval
is the official cider of the Chandeleur 2017, AVAL means Apple in Breton, the traditional language in Bretagne, an area that’s made cider for more than 1,000 years and is touted by insiders as the best region for the drink in the world. AVAL cider combines four types of apples picked exclusively in the region, giving it a crisp and citrusy taste, a delightful balance of subtle sweetness and refreshing bitterness. Pick up a bottle today!

Bakerly is a snack company that believes in simple and all-natural ingredients. Bakerly’s history starts when Julien and Fabian, two Bretons decided to combine their experience and skills to convince American consumers that crêpes, brioches, and other traditional French products deserved a place in every American household.  Their goal is to create quality French products the same way they enjoyed them in their childhood. Our focus is on making the world happier. This belief inspired us to do the baking happiness movement. Indeed, our mission is to spread and celebrate happiness by gathering family around a delicious moment. Bakerly makes sure that all products are non-GMO and completely free of preservatives, artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, zero high fructose corn syrup and zero trans-fat. bakerly’s recipes wouldn’t be as delicious and wholesome as they are if it weren’t for the farms we’ve selected to partner with.  Bakerly offers two lines: On the first hand, the “snack line” has 7 products that are individual wrapped, perfect for on-the-go snacking (chocolate, apricot, strawberry sponge cakes, mini brioches, chocolate croissant and chocolate, strawberry crepes). On the other hand, the “family line” provides 5 varieties of brioche (brioche rolls, brioche with chocolate chips, hand braided brioches, sliced brioches and baguette viennoise) that can be enjoyed at any time of the day with your entire family.
