BZH New York Annual General Assembly 2019
We will gather at O’Cabanon for a light brunch at 12:30PM and proceed with the General Assembly at 1PM. The tentative agenda is as follows:
- Activity report for 2018.
- Financial report for 2018.
- Projects for 2019.
- Open call for volunteers
- Board election
- New Board introduction
At 3PM we will leave O’Cabanon together to go to our next event: We are marching in the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade.

- Voting rights
- You need to be a member of BZH New York with paid dues in order to vote at the General Assembly. Become one or renew your membership on the spot or right now by using this form.

- Food and drinks
- The light brunch is provided by BZH New York. You may order extra food and drinks from O’Cabanon’s menu.
The 2019 New York City Saint Patrick’s Day Parade
BZH New York is now a partner of the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, and we will be marching with our Celtic friends every year!
This year, we will go directly from the general assembly, but you can meet us at the starting point (E48th street between 5th and Madison) at 3:30PM. Don’t forget your Gwenn-ha-du!

- Saturday March 16th, 2019, 3:40PM.
- Meeting point
- East 48th street, between 5th and Madison Avenues. Enter from Madison, because the 5th Avenue will be closed.
- Dress code
- Business casual with black shoes if possible, avoid bright sneakers and jeans.
