May is the month of la Fete de la Bretagne, the annual celebration of Brittany and Breton culture around the world. This year, we’re hosting a prix fixe dinner at Bistro Vendome with a special menu, exclusively for BZH NY guests.

- Homemade chicken liver paté or,
- Crispy goat cheese cake with salad, basil & piquillo pepper
ENTREES
- Broiled salmon with vegetable bayaldi, thyme jus or,
- Crispy duck confit with Lyonnaise potatoes, garlic sauce or,
- Steak tartare with French fries & salad
DESSERT
- Profiteroles with hot chocolate sauce and toasted almonds, or
